Hello Parents & Gymnasts,


Thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph your child’s gymnastics headshots this year in collaboration with For the Kidz.


For these portraits, we’re aiming for something a little more creative than a traditional school-style headshot — using specialty lighting and a polished, dramatic look that highlights each gymnast’s personality, strength, and individuality.


The sample images shown on this page are our base inspiration for the final look. Lighting techniques, posing, background details, and final edits may vary from these samples, but they give you a great idea of the overall style we’re working toward.


A special thank you to Ema & Ezra for helping me test lighting, posing, and concepts so we could create these samples for you. 💕

THE CREATIVE OFFER


Want Something More Creative?


 

In addition to the scheduled group photos and gymnastics headshots, I’m offering a limited number of 20-Minute Creative Lighting Sessions for gymnasts who want something a little extra.


There is no booking fee for these sessions. You’ll simply reserve a 20-minute time slot at for the kidz, then view your finished images in a private online gallery afterward.


This is a separate, one-on-one photography experience where we’ll have more time to play with dramatic specialty lighting, creative posing, movement, personality, and your gymnast’s individual style.



These sessions are perfect for capturing:

  • Favorite gymnastics poses or skills
  • Medals, leotards, or competition looks
  • Dramatic lighting and creative effects
  • Strong, expressive portraits
  • A little more personality than we can fit into the regular headshot time


After your session, your edited images will be available to view in your online gallery, where you can choose exactly what you love. 

Digital downloads, prints, and products are purchased separately through the Gallery Store.


There is no required purchase to book your session â€” simply choose your favorites once you see them.


Each creative session is approximately 20 minutes and is booked separately from the For the Kidz group photography.
