How far in advance do you book?

I book session about 1-2 Months in advance but I can always check my schedule to get you on my calendar for an earlier shoot.

Weddings are booked at least 6-12 months prior.
I am fully booked for 2021 and am booking into 2022 & 2023 dates

What is your location? Will you travel?

I am located in Caledonia, MI and I will travel about 30 miles for sessions.

For Weddings, I will travel just about anywhere however travel fees may apply. Please contact me with specific locations for a quote.

Do you have a booking fee?

Yes, 30% is due upon booking to reserve your date & time.

Once I have your "I DO, want you as my Wedding Photographer" I send over a contract & invoice. I request that the contract is signed right away. The booking fee can be due up to two weeks after I send out the documents or on reasonably discussed date.The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

How long does it take to get my images?

Session turn around time is up to eight weeks.

Wedding turn around time is up to sixteen weeks but expedited editing is available. Please contact me for more information.

What happens if the weather is bad?

I do offer in the event of bad weather that a session is rescheduled. However, certain weather conditions such as clouds and small chance of rain make for beautiful photos and I will not reschedule those. Please do not be discouraged if the forecast is bad. I'll study the forcast and make recommendations.

For wedding, I prefer to shoot outside. I do recommend that there is a back up indoor location for outdoor ceremony and the portrait session part of the day as I do not wish to put my equipment at any risk due to bad weather.

How many images do you deliver?

I put a lot of passion into taking photos and I have a hard time hitting that "delete" button during the editing process. Therefore, I deliver all acceptable images and do not put a limit on the number of photos in your final gallery.

What happens if your equipment gets damaged?

I have lots of equipment, so if a specific combination is damaged I have others or can rent gear. However, I also have my gear insured. This means that I walk into Best Buy or another candy...I mean camera store and get what I need for your day!
